Job summary

StreetLight Data is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the Private Sector to lead a portfolio of enterprise customers across industries such as retail, fuel, quick service restaurants, and entertainment venues. You’ll drive onboarding, renewal, and expansion, acting as a trusted advisor to maximize value from StreetLight’s mobility data solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success or account management for a software company.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Proven project management and onboarding abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of private sector customers, leveraging mobility data.
• Lead onboarding, renewal, and expansion to achieve subscription targets.
• Develop and execute customer success plans for renewal on-time.
• Coordinate with Support and Training teams for successful adoption.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and engage stakeholders.
• Provide renewal forecasts and CRM updates to management.
