GoGuardian is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager for the West, focusing on Mid Market & Enterprise accounts in the United States. You will own renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and craft strategic account plans to strengthen relationships and growth.

Responsibilities include onboarding new customers, guiding product adoption, maintaining a healthy pipeline in Salesforce, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer outcomes align with district goals.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer success and account management experience.
• Proficient in Salesforce with forecasting and reporting.
• Comfortable managing renewals and driving expansions/cross-sell.

• Collaborate with internal teams to drive renewals, expansions, and renewals targets.
• Lead onboarding and product adoption to maximize value and minimize churn.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline and provide regular reports.
