Job summary

EdgeConneX is seeking a CSE Account Manager to join the Account Management team within the CRO Organization. This remote role will drive customer success across North America, EMEA and APAC, reporting to the Account Management team manager.

You will lead onboarding, contract management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure client satisfaction, SLA adherence, and timely deployments and billing. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in account management or customer success.
• Bachelor’s degree desired or additional relevant experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage 30+ small to medium customers concurrently.
• Act as customer advocate across lifecycle including contracts, portal support, deployments, billing and reporting.
• Lead onboarding, implementation, and kickoff calls for deployments.
• Coordinate contract management and support upcoming renewals with Sales.
• Prepare and present quarterly performance reviews and SLA compliance reports.
• Provide pre-sales support and assist with RFP and validation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver customer outcomes on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery, Sales, Engineering and Operations to meet customer commitments.
