Job summary

GRT is seeking a mid-level Business Development professional to drive partnerships across the United States in a fully remote role. You will source, onboard, and manage institutional counterparties including exchanges, funds, and token projects.

You will own the BD cycle from outreach to closing, collaborate with trading and leadership, and help shape the US market strategy with an entrepreneurial, fast-moving approach.

Qualifications

• Prior experience at a market maker, OTC desk, or proprietary trading firm.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging institutional counterparties.
• Ability to source, onboard and manage relationships end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Source and onboard new counterparties across the US—token projects, exchanges, funds, and trading firms.
• Build and manage a pipeline from outreach to deal execution.
• Own the full BD cycle—sourcing, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop long-term relationships with key counterparties and partners.
