You will source, onboard, and manage relationships with institutional counterparties in the US, working closely with trading and leadership to expand the firm's footprint in the US market. You will identify opportunities, originate new business, and translate counterparty needs into trading and liquidity solutions the desk can deliver.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development for crypto/trading desks.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with institutional counterparties.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and onboard US counterparties including token projects, exchanges, prediction markets, funds, and institutional trading firms.
• Build and manage a pipeline from outreach through deal execution.
• Own the full BD cycle—from sourcing to closing.
• Collaborate with trading and leadership to translate counterparty needs into liquidity solutions.
