Unique Escapes is seeking a motivated Cruise Travel Specialist to help clients plan personalized cruise vacations. You will combine destination knowledge, service excellence, and a consultative sales approach to match travelers with the right ship, itinerary, and onboard experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple quotes and bookings.
• Comfort with technology, online booking platforms, CRM systems, and AI tools.
• Zero experience is welcome; training provided for cruise travel specifics.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand destinations, style, budget, dates, and group size.
• Recommend cruise line, ship, itinerary, stateroom, dining package, and shore excursions.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings via email, chat, and phone.
• Explain cabin categories, deposits, payment plans, travel protection, onboard packages, and port requirements.
• Handle booking details, special requests, changes, payments, upgrades, and pre-cruise questions.
• Resolve client concerns quickly and provide support from quote to embarkation and return home.
• Share cruise insights and promote limited-time promotions to clients.
• Build post-booking relationships to encourage repeat sailings and referrals.
