Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Cruise Planner (Sales-Focused) to help clients turn cruise dreams into bookings. You'll match travelers with ships, itineraries, cabins, and onboard experiences using destination knowledge, service, and consultative selling.

Work is fully remote with onboarding, training, and opportunities to specialize in luxury, family, group, or river cruises while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Interest in cruises, ocean travel, river cruising, expedition voyages, or helping people explore the world by sea.
• Travel-industry, sales, hospitality, customer-service, or booking experience preferred—but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization skills and comfort managing multiple quotes, reservations, follow-ups, and client details.
• Comfort with technology, online booking platforms, CRM systems, and AI tools—we will train you on the rest.
• A genuine passion for travel and helping clients find the cruise that feels made for them.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand destinations, travel style, budget, dates, group size, and must-haves.
• Recommend the right cruise line, ship, itinerary, stateroom, dining package, and add-ons.
• Turn inquiries into confirmed vacations through email, chat, and phone with a client-first approach.
• Explain cabin categories, deposits, payment plans, travel protection, and port requirements.
• Handle booking details, changes, payments, upgrades, and pre-cruise questions with care.
• Build post-booking relationships to encourage repeat sailings and referrals.
