Job summary

Unique Escapes is seeking a motivated Cruise Travel Specialist to help clients turn cruise ideas into confirmed sailings. You will blend destination knowledge with excellent service to match travelers with the right ship, itinerary, cabin, and onboard experience.

You will connect with clients via email, chat, and phone, explain options, handle bookings, and nurture relationships for repeat sailings and referrals. This role is fully remote and offers flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple quotes and follow-ups.
• Comfort with technology, online booking platforms, CRM systems, and AI tools.
• Genuine passion for travel and helping clients find the cruise that fits them.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand destinations, travel style, budget, dates, group size, and cruise must-haves.
• Recommend the right cruise line, ship, itinerary, stateroom, dining package, shore excursions, and add-ons.
• Turn inquiries into confirmed vacations via email, chat, and phone with a client-first approach.
• Explain cruise options, deposits, payment plans, travel protection, onboard packages, and port requirements.
• Handle booking details, special requests, payments, upgrades, and pre-cruise questions.
• Resolve concerns quickly and confidently through embarkation and return home.
• Share cruise insights—best sailings for families, romantic itineraries, and promotions.
• Build post-booking relationships that encourage repeat sailings and referrals.
