• 3+ years of direct cruise sales experience.
• Proven history of personal cruise sales with 7-figure annual volumes.
• Strong phone-first rapport-building and US customer focus.
• CRM discipline: logging conversations and maintaining clean records.

Responsibilities

• Advise and close high-intent cruise bookings end-to-end.
• Design itineraries, quotes, and handle air, hotels, transfers, and extras.
• Maintain CRM with up-to-date customer records and preferences.
• Deliver proactive post-booking service and drive repeat bookings.
