Job summary

Work Truck Solutions is hiring a Business Operations Specialist to support the VP of Operations across the organization, with a hands-on role in day-to-day operations and cross-functional initiatives.

You will own recurring processes end to end, manage contract workflows, and drive readiness programs while working from our Dallas area offices and occasionally visiting Chico, CA. The role demands strong Salesforce, Excel, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations or a generalist operations role.
• Own recurring processes end to end, not just participate in projects.
• Experience with contract administration or commercial document workflows.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience, strong Excel skills.
• Competent use of AI in day-to-day work; building agents/workflows is a plus.
• Clear, concise written communication with executives.
• Demonstrates influence without authority.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the VP of Operations’ first line on day-to-day operational matters.
• Coordinate cross-functional issues across sales, support, onboarding, customer success, and finance.
• Own contract redlines, and manage the renewal calendar and repository.
• Oversee Salesforce-based contract tooling and its overhaul.
• Document processes and standardize answers to common questions.
• Own tracking, cadence, and status reporting for cross-functional initiatives.
• Maintain testing and readiness of the Business Continuity Plan.
