Job summary

Loadrite is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support North American sales operations from a remote role within the Western United States. You will collaborate with sales, dealers, OEMs and internal teams to streamline processes and improve information flow.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in sales or dealer operations, strong analytical skills, and comfort with Salesforce and Excel. This role offers cross-functional exposure and opportunities to impact efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations or dealer operations.
• Understanding of distributor networks and commercial support processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience maintaining system data and preparing reports.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support North American sales operations and dealer-related processes.
• Coordinate operational issues among dealers, strategic accounts, OEMs, and internal teams.
• Investigate order exceptions and information discrepancies; coordinate solutions to completion.
• Evaluate workflows and suggest improvements for efficiency and accountability.
• Maintain Salesforce and other systems and prepare weekly sales updates.
