Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations or a generalist operations role.
• Proven track record of owning recurring processes end to end.
• Experience with contract administration or commercial document workflows.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience, strong Excel skills, and comfort working with imperfect data spread across systems.
• Competent use of AI to improve tasks; experience building agents or workflows is a plus.
• Judgment on what to elevate, and clear written communication with executives when you do.
• Demonstrates influence without authority.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, with regular time in our Hurst office and occasional travel to Chico, CA.

Responsibilities

• Be the VP of Operations’ first line on day‑to‑day operational matters across the company.
• Coordinate contract redlines, keep agreements moving, and own the contract repository and renewal calendar.
• Own Salesforce‑based contract management tooling and lead its overhaul.
• Audit contracted vs. delivered and billed work; drive variances to correction.
• Own tracking, cadence, and status reporting for cross‑functional initiatives.
• Take over testing and maintenance of the Business Continuity Plan.
• Document processes and fix recurring questions across teams.
