Total One Logistics Inc. is seeking driven Business Development Managers for our Cross-Border Mexico Team. You will cultivate client relationships, identify opportunities, and drive growth across freight lanes.
A hunter mindset and strong collaboration with logistics coordinators are essential to succeed in this role. In this position you will expand our global footprint by developing strategic partnerships, negotiating effectively, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Competenze
- 3-4 years of experience in development, sales, or related field.
- Strong track record building client relationships and closing deals.
- Experience in cross-border or international markets is preferred.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to unplanned events.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
