Job summary

Total One Logistics Inc. is seeking a Cross-Border Sales Executive for Mexico to drive revenue, expand our cross-border freight network, and build lasting customer relationships across Mexico, the U.S., and Canada.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in transportation sales or freight brokerage, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in transportation sales, freight brokerage, or business development within cross-border markets.
• Strong knowledge of Mexico–U.S. and Canada–Mexico cross-border transportation and logistics processes.
• Proven track record of generating new business, developing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.
• Established industry relationships and understanding of cross-border markets.
• Excellent prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills; able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Mexico–U.S. and Canada–Mexico cross-border markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers and understand their transportation needs.
• Prospect via cold calls, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach to grow the pipeline.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Negotiate freight rates and service agreements; grow cross-border volumes.
