Job summary

Pacific Advisory Service is seeking an experienced Cross-Border Logistics Sales Manager to grow our U.S.–Mexico business. You will develop relationships with shippers, manufacturers and distributors, and own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.

The role is remote for candidates based in the Midwest, Texas, or surrounding regions, with base salary plus commission. You will analyze market trends, tailor logistics solutions, and negotiate contracts to drive year-over-year growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales in international logistics, cross-border trucking, or 3PL.
• Strong network in manufacturing, automotive, retail or related industries.
• Knowledge of customs clearance and freight pricing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with shippers, manufacturers, distributors, and other customers in the U.S. and Mexico
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in cross-border trucking and logistics
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
• Provide customized logistics solutions, pricing, and market insights
• Negotiate contracts and develop long-term customer relationships
• Work closely with operations and carrier teams to ensure successful service execution
• Monitor customs requirements, freight rates, and market trends
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
