Job summary

AJC Logistics seeks an Account Executive – Truck Brokerage to drive growth in intra-M Mexico and cross-border operations. You will build strong carrier and customer relationships, develop pricing strategies, and execute sales initiatives aligned with company goals.

The role blends day-to-day sales execution with strategic planning to maximize revenue, benefiting from a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of logistics sales experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a robust customer base across industries; analyze trends to refine sales strategies and maximize revenue.
• Develop carriers’ relationships and competitive pricing for truckload, LTL, and multimodal services; quotes and data analysis.
• Contribute to shaping business strategy and identify market opportunities; align sales initiatives with growth objectives.
• Track KPIs and provide reports to leadership; utilize Turvo and Power BI for account management and forecasting.
