Zurich North America is hiring a RCIS Crop Claims Specialist or Crop Claims Field Adjuster I to join our team in the Southern Alabama or Florida Panhandle area. Travel within territory is required, with remote work options and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with 6+ months of agricultural experience.
• CAPP Certification must be obtained within 180 days of hire.
• Reliable personal transportation and travel within territory.
• RCIS Crop Adjuster physical requirements: walk 3 miles, climb bins up to 25 feet, lift 25–50 lbs, work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Exercise judgement to determine liability by gathering and analyzing relevant facts.
• Exercise judgement to determine policy verification and coverage by analyzing applicable coverage.
• Participates in Risk Management Agency reviews and referrals for operations integrity and quality assurance.
• Protect Zurich’s reputation by keeping claims information confidential.
• Maintain professional knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and networking.
