Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6+ months of agricultural experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4+ years in agricultural or crop insurance.
• RCIS Crop Adjuster Certification (CAPP) must be obtained within 180 days of hire date.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections and discuss findings with farmers.
• Convey regulations clearly to claimants, agents, and industry personnel.
• Gather facts, document loss information, and determine indemnities.
• Review and audit lower-level adjusters' claims as assigned.
• Maintain regulatory and company policy knowledge.
• Collaborate on team projects and related tasks.
