Job summary

Zurich 56 Company Ltd is seeking a RCIS Crop Claims Field Adjuster I to join its Rural Community Insurance Services team from a Virginia remote office. The role requires traveling about 50% of the time and working 40 hours per week within Virginia counties.

You will perform field inspections, discuss crop losses with farmers, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining strong communication with agents and claimants. Prior experience in agriculture is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Completes field inspections with minimal supervision.
• Discusses findings of crop loss with farmers.
• Transmits loss information to determine indemnities.

• Performs claim reviews and audits on lower-level adjusters.
