Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6+ months of experience in the agricultural area.
• Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program Certification (CAPP) must be obtained within 180 days of hire date
• Reliable personal transportation and travel within territory, plus a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections and assess crop loss with farmers.
• Explain complex regulations and interpretations to claimants and agents.
• Gather facts, document loss information, and determine indemnities.
• Review and audit claims for lower-level adjusters as assigned.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory and company policies.
• Collaborate with team on projects and meet deadlines.
