We are seeking a CRO Team Lead to own the experimentation roadmap, drive optimization across the customer journey, and partner with analytics, product, and marketing to unlock growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with web analytics, digital marketing, CRO, and experimentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
• Leadership skills or willingness to develop (bonus).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Experimentation team and align with KPIs and revenue opportunities.
• Own the experimentation roadmap from hypothesis generation to implementation.
• Identify optimization opportunities across the customer journey including CRO and post-purchase experiences.
• Monitor conversion, revenue, and funnel performance to drive growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimization initiatives.
• Support data-driven decision-making through reporting and insights.
