Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own and execute conversion tests across site, landing pages, funnels and post-purchase upsells. You set strategy, build backlog, briefing, QA tests and ship winners. You will work with Intelligems, AfterSell, Microsoft Clarity and Shopify analytics to drive measurable lifts in CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor.

This is a fully remote, full-time role. Strong collaboration with founder and growth team is essential to scale KittySpout toward ambitious

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Hands-on experience with Intelligems and paid-acquisition funnels.
• Ability to show data backing lifts in CVR, AOV or RPV.
• Excellent English communication and remote work capability.

Responsibilities

• Own CRO test plan and backlog for both brands.
• Build, test and launch paid funnels and on-site offers.
• Brief, QA and launch tests weekly and report results.
• Manage CRO agency and decide when to bring work in-house.
• Report CRO KPIs and lead weekly CRO & Funnels meeting.
