VisionPoint Marketing seeks a CRM Strategist to shape CRM strategies that connect marketing strategy, customer journeys, and CRM technology for client campaigns. As part of the Strategy Team, you’ll work with marketing strategists to design solutions and drive CRM implementations across platforms like Salesforce, Slate, Element451, and HubSpot.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of hands-on CRM experience.
• Experience with multiple CRM platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of marketing strategy and customer journeys.
• Ability to translate goals into CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated marketing and CRM strategies.
• Lead CRM implementations and optimization.
• Audit client CRM systems for configuration and usage.
• Define goals and implementation plans.
