Novakid School is seeking a CRM Marketer to drive engagement remotely using Bloomreach and customer insight frameworks. You will craft CRM programs that connect with parents and learners, design personalized campaigns, and measure impact across channels.

Collaborating with product, sales, and analytics teams, you will translate customer needs into data-driven initiatives in a fully remote, flexible environment that supports growth and learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience using CRM systems and CDPs.
• Strong command of email design and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Apply customer insights to develop CRM strategies using Bloomreach.
• Design and execute multichannel campaigns (email, WhatsApp, SMS, push).
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and analytics teams.
• Translate customer needs into actionable marketing initiatives.
