Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery across multiple teams and vendors on global initiatives. This contract-to-hire role focuses on program strategy, governance, and cross-functional execution using agile, waterfall, or hybrid methods.

Remote work with eligibility to work in the USA or Canada. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in program management, experience with CRM, ERP, and MSP platforms, and a track record coordinating complex programs in multinational organizations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Project Management or related delivery roles.
• 2–3+ years managing cross-functional business and technology programs.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as CRM, ServiceNow, Customer Experience, ERP, MDM (Master Data Management), or workflow automation solutions.
• Demonstrated experience working with third parties and managed service providers.
• Experience supporting governance processes, program reporting and stakeholder engagements
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams and business functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery across multiple teams and projects, coordinating teams and stakeholders across the organization.
• This role is accountable for the successful delivery of global initiatives and requires alignment of program priorities with budget commitments.
• Develop program strategy, roadmaps, and governance structures; partner with business and technology teams to sequence deliverables.
• Facilitate status reviews, escalate risks and issues through governance channels, and manage dependencies across vendors and business areas.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption of new technologies and process improvements.
