Qualifications

• 5-7 years of program management experience.
• 2-3+ years cross-functional delivery experience.
• Experience with enterprise platforms like CRM, ServiceNow, ERP, MDM.
• Experience working with third parties and vendors.
• Experience with governance processes and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure global initiatives are delivered.
• Develop and execute program plans aligned to goals and roadmaps.
• Maintain roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Monitor alignment of priorities and budget commitments.
• Lead governance and reporting; drive disciplined execution using agile, waterfall, or hybrid.
• Prepare status materials and facilitate reviews with stakeholders.
• Manage dependencies across projects, vendors, and business areas.
• Support change management and adoption of new technologies.
