Job summary

Group Voyagers is seeking a Program Manager for CRM (MS Dynamics) on a contract-to-hire basis. The role is remote for the US, with eligibility to work in the USA or Canada. Contract compensation ranges from $52-$60 per hour, with a planned move to a $90,000-$120,000 annual salary if converted to full-time.

The Program Manager will lead cross-functional delivery across global initiatives, govern programs, coordinate vendors, and drive value through program planning and governance.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Project Management or related delivery roles.
• 2-3+ years managing cross-functional business and technology programs.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as CRM, ServiceNow, Customer Experience, Customer Data, ERP, MDM (Master Data Management), or workflow automation solutions.
• Demonstrated experience working with third parties and managed service providers.
• Experience supporting governance processes, program reporting and stakeholder engagements
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams and business functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of the program plan aligned to organizational goals and technology roadmaps.
• Partner with business and technology teams to coordinate and sequence deliverables that maximize business value.
• Maintain roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Monitor alignment of program priorities and budget commitments.
• Drive disciplined execution of program through standardized methodologies and delivery practices (agile, waterfall, and hybrid).
• Prepare materials and facilitate program status meetings and stakeholder reviews.
• Escalate risks, issues and decisions through governance channels.
• Manage dependencies across multiple projects, teams, vendors, and business areas.
• Provide regular reporting on program progress and financial performance.
• Proactively identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and impediments.
