Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Senior Manager, CRM Engineering to lead the Salesforce CRM Center of Excellence and unify multiple teams under a common operating model. This fully remote, full-time role drives platform excellence, governance, data integrity, and scalable architecture to support RevOps and GTM priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technical teams, including Salesforce engineers, developers, or CRM professionals.
• 7+ years of Salesforce experience with data modeling, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and security models.
• Experience owning architecture and governance for a complex Salesforce environment with multiple integrations.
• Experience consolidating fragmented teams into a unified operating model or Center of Excellence.
• Experience with modern release management, DevOps, version control, and deployment tooling.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Data, and Security.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Salesforce CRM Center of Excellence with a unified operating model and clear intake, prioritization, and standards.
• Manage, coach, and grow a team of Salesforce engineers, admins, and analysts; define career paths and hire for gaps.
• Own Salesforce platform architecture, data model integrity, security/sharing, release management, CI/CD, and environment strategy.
• Lead architecture reviews, evaluate tradeoffs, and ensure scalable, secure solutions aligned with platform standards.
• Partner with Product, RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Data, and Security to align CRM roadmap with business priorities.
• Establish SLAs, incident response, documentation standards, release processes, and scalability planning.
