The candidate will configure CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), manage revenue tools, and help drive operational improvements while maintaining clear documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong written and verbal communication; data accuracy and reporting focus.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Manage revenue tools including quoting, billing, ticketing, and project management systems.
