• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle strategy for key user journeys (onboarding, engagement, retention) and define segmentation and targeting.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns across countries.
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Data Science, and regional stakeholders to align CRM with launches and expansion.
• Define KPIs, build reporting cadences, and translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Identify gaps in customer journeys and design action plans using A/B testing and ML-powered targeting to improve conversions.
