Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is hiring a CRM & Lifecycle Manager II to lead how we engage and retain millions of users through lifecycle campaigns at global scale.

You will define lifecycle strategies for onboarding, engagement, and retention across email, push, in-app, and SMS, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive growth. You will own measurement, analytics, and optimization, leveraging AI responsibly, and work with Product, Data Science, and regional teams to align CRM initiatives with launches

Qualifications

6+ years in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing with ownership of multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS) at scale.
Proven track record of lifecycle programs improving engagement/retention across markets.
Proficiency with enterprise CRM platforms including audience segmentation, journey orchestration, A/B testing, and ML-powered targeting.

Responsibilities

Own lifecycle strategy for key user journeys (onboarding, engagement, retention) across channels and countries.
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns across multiple countries.
Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Data Science, and regional stakeholders to align CRM initiatives with product launches and expansion goals.
Drive the CRM measurement framework with KPIs, reporting cadences, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
Identify gaps in customer journeys and design actionable plans using A/B testing and personalization to improve conversions.
