Job summary

You will define segmentation, channel mix, and KPIs, while coordinating cross-functional initiatives and maintaining a strong focus on testing, ML-powered targeting, and optimization across markets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing with ownership of multi-channel campaign strategies.
• Proven track record of improving onboarding, engagement, or retention across markets.
• Experience with Braze or Iterable for segmentation, journey orchestration, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle strategy for key user journeys, including onboarding, engagement, and retention.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns across countries.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, and regional teams to align CRM with launches and expansion.
• Drive CRM measurement by KPIs, reporting cadences, and leadership-ready insights.
• Identify gaps in journeys and design plans using A/B testing and personalization.
