Qualifications

• 6+ years in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing with ownership of multi-channel campaigns

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle strategy for onboarding, engagement, retention across key journeys
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns across multiple countries
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Data Science, and regional stakeholders
• Drive the CRM measurement framework with KPIs, reporting cadences, and strategic recommendations
• Identify gaps in customer journeys and design actionable plans using A/B testing, ML-powered targeting, and personalization
