Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Manager II to lead lifecycle campaigns at global scale within Growth Marketing. You will own onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies across email, push, in-app, and SMS, driving measurable growth and cross-country alignment with product launches.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing with multi-channel ownership at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle strategy for key user journeys (onboarding, engagement, retention).
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns across multiple countries.
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Data Science, and regional stakeholders to align CRM initiatives with launches and expansion.
• Define KPIs, build reporting cadences, and translate data into strategic recommendations.
