Qualifications

• 6+ years in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing with ownership of multi-channel campaigns.
• Proven track record improving engagement, retention, or revenue across markets.
• Proficiency with enterprise CRM platforms (Braze, Iterable).
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, and regional teams.
• SQL for audience segmentation and campaign analysis; ability to build robust reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle strategy for key user journeys across onboarding, engagement, and retention.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS) across countries.
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Data Science, and regional teams to align CRM with launches and growth goals.
• Drive CRM measurement framework with KPIs, reporting cadences, and leadership recommendations.
• Identify gaps in customer journeys and design plans using A/B testing and ML-powered targeting.
