Coinbase is hiring a CRM & Lifecycle Manager II to lead lifecycle campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS at global scale. You will define strategies for onboarding, engagement, and retention, and drive cross-country initiatives with a focus on measurable growth.

Balancing speed and quality at scale, you will partner with Product, Data Science, and regional teams to launch initiatives and optimize performance using ML-powered targeting and experimentation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing with ownership of multi-channel campaign strategy and execution at scale.
• Proven track record of lifecycle programs improving engagement, retention, or revenue across markets.
• Experience with Braze, Iterable or similar platforms for audience segmentation and journey orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle strategy for key user journeys: onboarding, engagement, retention, segmentation, channel mix, targeting.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns across countries with speed and quality.
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Data Science, and regional teams to align CRM with launches and expansion goals.
• Drive CRM measurement by defining KPIs, reporting cadences, and translating data into leadership recommendations.
• Identify gaps in customer journeys and design actionable plans using A/B testing and ML-powered targeting to improve conversions.
