Job summary

Veeva Systems in the United States is seeking a CRM Leader and Manager for the North America Commercial Services team to drive the success of Vault CRM projects, optimize service delivery, and contribute to growth of our offerings.

You will lead our CRM team, shape hiring strategy, and manage key operational processes while building strong enterprise client relationships and guiding a matrixed consulting organization.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and manage customer relationships, escalations, and consultant situations.
• Mentor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to source, assess, and attract candidates that fit Veeva culture.
• 10+ years of work experience with consistent advancement and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Vault CRM projects owned by your team, scaling operations to meet customer demand and ensure high satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with select enterprise accounts and strategic smaller accounts.
• Lead and optimize the CRM Professional Services team, staffing migrations and other projects to align with goals.
• Drive growth and champion new value propositions for Commercial Services to avoid commoditization.
