You will mentor a consulting team, shape hiring, and manage critical operational processes across a matrixed organization.

You will build client relationships, scale teams, and shape strategic value propositions to keep services strategic and differentiated in a fast-growing market.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and manage customer relationships and escalations.
• Mentor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to source and attract candidates who fit the Veeva culture.
• 10+ years of professional work experience with demonstrated growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and ensure the success of Vault CRM projects led by your team.
• Scale operations to meet customer demand and maintain high satisfaction.
• Lead and optimize the CRM services organization and talent development.
• Staff migrations and projects by scaling teams and adjusting resources.
• Champion new value propositions and avoid commoditization of services.
