Job summary

Hygiena LLC is seeking a CRM & Integration Delivery Lead in Camarillo, CA to oversee the predictable delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM and the Azure integration layer tying ERP, webstore, and quality systems together. The role runs the delivery system: intake, sizing, sequencing, forecasting, and communicating commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years delivering technology projects, including 3+ years leading delivery of a CRM platform and its integrations.
• Experience with SaaS delivery lifecycles and forecast accuracy.
• Working fluency with Azure integration components and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, sizing, sequencing and forecasting for the Dynamics 365 CRM and Azure integration backlog.
• Lead delivery communication, publish status and escalation to stakeholders.
• Coordinate dependencies across CRM, Azure, ERP and webstore; partner with ERP manager on sequencing.
• Own release management and environment coordination for CRM and Azure components.
• Coordinate vendors, manage statements of work and commitments.
• Administer Azure DevOps as the delivery system of record.
• Produce delivery metrics and inform resourcing decisions.
• Stay current with Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure services.
