Integration Lead

Role Summary
The Integration Lead will be responsible for leading all integration design, development, deployment, and support activities for the Project, it s a global Customer Experience Management (CXM) transformation program based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role will oversee end-to-end integrations across Dynamics 365, SAP, MDM platforms, Data & Analytics platforms, external commercial systems, and regional applications.
This individual will drive integration strategy, architecture governance, delivery execution, vendor coordination, and production readiness while ensuring scalability, security, and compliance across global deployments.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Strategy & Architecture
- Define and govern the overall integration architecture for the ecosystem.
- Establish integration standards, patterns, reusable components, and best practices.
- Lead architecture reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate integration technologies and accelerators.
Delivery Leadership
- Own end-to-end delivery of all system integrations across program releases.
- Lead a team of integration architects, developers, and analysts.
- Manage integration backlog, sprint planning, dependency tracking, and release readiness.
- Coordinate with product teams, experience pods, data teams, and external vendors.
- Onsite-Offshore coordination and ownership to represent One Integration Team
Solution Design & Development
- Design real-time, near real-time, and batch integration solutions.
- Define APIs, event-driven architecture components, middleware interactions, and data synchronization mechanisms.
- Develop Integration leveraging best practices , aligned with the modern architecture
- Ensure seamless integration between:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- SAP platforms
- Reltio MDM
- Azure Data & Analytics ecosystem
- Power Platform
- External partner and regional systems
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for all integration-related discussions.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders across global regions.
- Coordinate integration activities with third-party vendors, platform providers, and enterprise architecture teams.
- Drive issue resolution and escalation management.
Quality & Governance
- Establish integration testing strategy and automation framework.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor integration performance, reliability, and operational metrics.
- Lead production support governance and root cause analysis efforts.
Program Leadership
- Provide executive-level reporting on integration status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Mentor technical teams and promote engineering excellence.
- Support roadmap planning for future regional rollouts and platform expansions.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 12 years of IT experience with at least 5 years leading enterprise integration programs.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale CRM transformation initiatives.
- Experience in global, multi-vendor programs involving complex enterprise ecosystems.
- Strong background in Agile, SAFe, and DevOps delivery methodologies.
