Job summary

Meissner Filtration Products in Camarillo, CA seeks a senior Business Systems Analyst III to lead enterprise-wide CRM and IT initiatives, partnering with Commercial teams to shape strategy.

You will own end-to-end solution design in D365 CRM, drive governance, and mentor junior analysts, while delivering data-driven insights through dashboards and BI tools.

This role requires 6+ years experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel across North America and Europe.

Qualifications

• BS in Business, Information Systems, or related field; Masters preferred.
• 6+ years in business systems analysis or related CRM roles.
• Deep D365 CRM knowledge: entity config, dashboards, BI, Power Apps.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale system initiatives.
• Strong communication with senior management.
• Travel up to NA and Europe as directed.

Responsibilities

• Be the SME delivering requirements for new business systems.
• Lead enterprise-scale initiatives from concept to deployment.
• Design, develop and test D365 CRM functionality.
• Drive process improvements and best practices.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and governance.
• Develop reports and dashboards with BI tools.
• Mentor junior BSAs.
