Hygiena, a global leader in rapid microbiology solutions, seeks a CRM & Integration Delivery Lead to manage Dynamics 365 CRM and the Azure integration layer across ERP, webstore, and quality systems. This senior IC role partners with the Manager, Digital Transformation to size, sequence and forecast work, ensuring predictable delivery and timely releases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering technology projects.
• 3+ years leading delivery of a CRM platform and its integrations; Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Experience SaaS delivery lifecycles and forecasting.
• Experience delivering custom solutions and extensions within SaaS platforms.
• Azure integration delivery (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, API Management) experience.
• Azure DevOps as planning/forecasting system experience.
• Vendor/partner management, ensuring committed dates.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, sizing, sequencing and forecasting for Dynamics 365 CRM and Azure integration backlog.
• Lead delivery communication and escalation for CRM/integration portfolio.
• Manage cross-system dependencies and sequencing with ERP and webstore.
• Own release management and environment coordination for CRM and Azure components.
• Coordinate vendors: manage statements of work and hand-offs to meet dates.
• Administer Azure DevOps as the delivery system of record.
• Produce delivery metrics and forecast data for leadership.
• Coordinate production support and triage unplanned work.
• Stay current with Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure integration roadmaps.
