Job summary

Ambient Enterprises Holdco LLC is seeking a Dynamics 365 Project Manager to lead sprint delivery for CRM, Field Service, and Business Central ERP. You will combine project management with business analysis to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog hygiene, while collaborating with a cross-functional IT team and business users.

You will partner with an experienced product management team using AI-assisted drafting to sharpen requirements and ensure accurate scope.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with at least one Dynamics 365 application in delivery, functional, or business analysis capacity.
Proven project management experience in Agile/Scrum: sprint planning, stand‑ups, backlog refinement, and release coordination.
Demonstrated business analysis craft: user story writing, acceptance criteria, and requirements refinement.
Proficiency with Jira: reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Own sprint delivery across three Dynamics 365 applications (CRM, Field Service, Business Central ERP) in Jira.
Refine AI-assisted requirement drafts into complete user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Distinguish scope changes from missed requirements and quantify business impact to support prioritization decisions.
Serve as primary contact for sprint activity across all three applications, aligning IT, product owners, and stakeholders.
