Job summary

Data Import Developer role within a UK charity’s Data & Analytics team. You will design and implement data processes and ETL flows for the CRM, ensuring data integrity, reducing operational risk, and delivering reliable data across teams.

The role supports Marketing & Income Generation, aims to improve data quality, and enables better decision making through a trusted single customer view. The post is remote in the UK, 35 hours per week, on a permanent basis.

Qualifications

• Experience developing data processes and ETL within a CRM or similar data environment.
• Ability translating business requirements into stable data solutions and documented processes.
• Experience working with complex datasets to identify root cause, reduce recurrence, and improve reliability.
• Experience building or improving imports/transformations using an ETL/import tool.
• Experience coordinating testing/validation and supporting adoption/handover of new processes.
• Experience working with a contacts database (CARE NG Database, Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM).
• Experience of working with financial data and of reconciliation processes.
• Experience using Blender or similar import tool.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve data import routines to feed the CRM.
• Ensure data integrity and single customer/view across teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Income Generation on data initiatives.
