Job summary

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA) seeks a CRM Analyst for a remote contract assignment with a hospitality client. The role focuses on building and optimizing internal marketing data infrastructure, managing procedures, schemas, and pipelines to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

The candidate will lead data warehousing efforts, data pipelines, and reporting optimizations, working to influence web and marketing decisions across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative or CS field.
• Experience with data warehouses and analytical data infrastructure.
• At least 1 year in a related role.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Basic Python knowledge.
• Experience with Snowflake/BigQuery.
• Strong PC skills (MS Office).
• Experience in architecting/managing a data warehouse.
• Familiarity with scheduling procedures.
• Familiarity with GA/Meta Ads/Google Ads/Microsoft Ads data.
