Job summary

Matrix, Inc. is hiring a CRM Analytics Analyst on a contract basis to build and optimize our internal data infrastructure for digital marketing. You will oversee pipelines, schemas, and documentation while driving timely reporting and data quality across marketing channels.

The role requires strong SQL, Snowflake/BigQuery experience and Python basics, plus 1+ year in data engineering within a large warehouse environment. Remote-friendly, work-from-home in local time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or CS field.
• Strong PC skills (MS Office).
• Experience in architecting and managing a data warehouse.
• Familiarity with setting up and scheduling procedures.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads data.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Basic Python knowledge.
• Significant experience with data warehouses: Snowflake, BigQuery.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain our internal digital marketing data infrastructure.
• Manage procedures, schemas, docs, and pipelines for timely reporting.
• Be a thought leader in optimizing and improving data processes.
• Keep current data infrastructure up-to-date.
• Develop new data infrastructure, metrics, and calculations.
