Share Our Strength | No Kid Hungry Campaign in Washington, DC (remote possible) is seeking a Senior Manager, CRM Administration to lead the Fundraising Data Management team's CRM work using Blackbaud Raiser's Edge. The role focuses on data integrity, security, and platform enhancements to support fundraising efforts.

Preference for DC base; remote work is possible for the right candidate. You will oversee ticket triage, staff development, and collaboration across teams, acting as product owner

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge (NXT preferred).
• Experience with Omatic Cloud integration and data flows beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CRM vertical of the Fundraising Data Management team and build cross‑org relationships.
• Review and triage all FDM tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Support staff development and training within FDM.
• Act as product owner for Raiser's Edge and oversee security and documentation.
