Nelnet is seeking a CRM Solutions Architect to drive the technology vision for our CRM platforms and design scalable, secure integrations across sales, marketing, and customer service. You will mentor architects and developers, define standards, and partner with vendors to deliver robust CRM ecosystems.

Qualifications

10+ years in software development or CRM implementations.
5–7 years as a technical architect leading large CRM design initiatives.
Strong communication and business acumen to translate needs into CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead complex CRM solution design initiatives across sales, marketing, service, and customer experience teams.
Design end-to-end CRM architecture with data models and integration to ERP, data warehouse, and third-party apps.
Consult with internal stakeholders and external partners to translate needs into CRM solutions.
Establish CRM roadmap focusing on automation and AI-driven features.
Provide direction and mentoring to CRM developers, admins, and other architects.
Promote CRM architecture best practices and governance in data management and security.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise tech direction and data governance standards.
Stay current with CRM platform advancements and adoption strategies.
