Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a CRM Integration Architect to design and govern integrations between Salesforce and the broader enterprise landscape. The role emphasizes architecture, middleware selection, API strategy, and event-driven patterns to connect Salesforce with ERP, data, marketing, and operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Salesforce integration experience, hands-on iPaaS expertise, and a track record of leading large integration programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or related field.
• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with significant integrations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with ERP/operational data synchronization.
• Knowledge of OAuth and integration security.
• Salesforce Integration Architect credential.
• Track record leading large Salesforce integration programs.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end Salesforce integration architecture across Sales, Service, Marketing and Industry Clouds.
• Lead integration design reviews and approve technical designs.
• Define API strategy, contracts and versioning for Salesforce integrations.
• Architect data synchronization patterns for ERP and operational systems.
• Mentor engineers through code/design reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Produce architecture artifacts like diagrams and decision records.
• Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and onboard iPaaS platforms.
• Stay current with Salesforce integration capabilities and iPaaS evolution.
