Nelnet, Inc. is seeking a CRM Solutions Architect to drive the CRM technology vision for sales, marketing, and customer service. You will design scalable architectures, data models, and integrations with ERP, data warehouse, and third-party apps.

You will mentor CRM developers, partner with vendors, and set a roadmap that embraces automation and AI capabilities to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or commensurate experience.
• 10 years of software development or CRM implementations.
• 5–7 years as a technical architect leading large CRM solutions.
